We’ve come here a couple times and haven’t really had a problem until yesterday. Carly, the MA, was running her butt off as front desk and rooming patients by herself. She did a phenomenal job and went above and beyond for us. They need to get her help.
Nikki, the NP, was rude and rushed and held us up on a physical for a clearance she really didn’t need. Our family doctor agreed and was confused on why she needed a specific clearance before clearing my son with his physical. My kids have had dozens of them in their lives and never rushed like this or done so poorly.

Staff was very nice, but they were understaffed. I had to wait at least 2 hours to be seen
Received excellent care, would definitely recommend. I was a walk in patient.
Staff were wonderful helping me check in / was visiting with family and had an acute COPD attack which was lingering from a bad asthma attack i had the fri before i came up.
The NP was quick to give me a breathing treatment and get my lungs back to breathing good enough thank goodness and sent me on my way with prescriptions to further help me out. She (NP) made certain i was well enough to leave and understood the severity of waiting.
