We cannot recommend Zak highly enough. We first came to Zak in 2018 when we first moved to Bloomington. He spent the best part of 4 days showing us around all sorts of different properties so we got a great feel for the market and the town in general. We were so grateful to have that introduction. We ended up not buying until this year and decided to do so right before our rental lease was about to run out and during the pandemic (and with a 3 month old in tow) so all a bit hectic to say the least! Zak was absolutely great again in advising us and seeing everything went very smoothly and what seemed to be in record time. He has always been so helpful in answering any questions we have at any time of the day or night. He guided us through the whole process, which was really helpful because we were new to buying houses in the US (and in general). He sorted out all the estimates for repair work, gave us great recommendations for mortgage brokers, house inspectors, contractors, what to do about home insurance etc, and continues to help us out after we've moved. Zak clearly cares that you get what you need and would like. We really couldn't have asked for more and in fact got way more than we expected! We will definitely be working with Zak again if we move house and would look forward to doing so! :)

Zak has been such an amazing realtor to work with. We were suggested to him by our past realtor in Missouri. Zak helped us from start to close and went above and beyond to ensure we found the property that we needed! Zak was very Knowledgable, professional and most importantly down willing to talk and listen. He was able to find us a house that fits our needs perfectly even with it being winter and having viewer options to pick from. We couldn't find any properties that were listed that fit our specific needs. However, Zak went well out of his way and was able to find us an unlisted home that wasn't supposed to go on the market till the next year. He secured us a viewing and was able to negotiate all the fixes and warranties we required on the property all while getting us an amazing price. Honestly, if you have specific needs and a goal in mind. Zak, will not only listen he will do everything in his power to deliver the end result. Really Zak is not only a great person to talk to, but Zak is also an amazing realtor who does his job and he does it very well!

Oh how we love, Zak. Let us count the ways: 1. He listened to us, respected our edge and worked tirelessly to show us homes - once in a sprint house hunting weekend, then from long distance, and once we moved to Bloomington and continued our search. 2. He never pushed his opinions on us. Always gave us space to tour and discuss the homes on our own; only providing his insight when we asked or when he saw any glaring red flags. 3. He’s super knowledgable about each neighborhood in Bloomington, which really helped make our search even more efficient. He’s down to earth. We never felt like we were being sold to. It was like a friend was showing us each listing. 4. He smart. Before we made an offer on our home, he pulled stats on comparable properties in the area and crunched the numbers. He had our best interest at heart and wanted to make sure we went in with a wise offer. 5. He was super responsive. We are first time home buyers and he took the time to answer all of our questions quickly and efficiently. He must hear the same ones over and over again, but he never hesitated to give us detailed explanations. TLDR: If you’re about to list your home, or embark on a house hunt in Bloomington. Zak is your guy. Don’t waste your time with anyone else.
