Got two pairs of glasses. More than a thousand dollars total. One pair is wearable, another pair completely not wearable. It is TOO thick and makes me dizzy. I’ve had high prescriptions for years but never had issues with new glasses until now. For some reason their glasses are just way too thick. And mind you I went with their expensive recommendations for my high prescriptions to make the glasses more slim. I am extremely disappointed but because they are nonrefundable and I’ve wasted over 500 dollars on a pair of glasses I will never be able to wear. Thank you! BTW price is after insurance. Again, thank you!
Walked in off the street for tightening my frame before driving back to West Lafayette. Service was immediate, friendly, and most importantly, first try was spot on. Great selection of frames! I was very impressed.
Dr. Dale is the best, very caring, gets to know her patient's personally, and she is an excellent clinician, always been able to help me feel better, especially when I was suffering from severe dry eyes.
