I am happy to report a positive experience today with this location! I have been coming here somewhat regularly since 2025 and mostly only recieved passably good service and had a more mid to moderate experience. Sometimes i have felt that staff were curt or even unfriendly. However, that changed today, hence my 5 star review! I wish more people had as amazing customer service as Savannah. They did so incredible answering all my questions about foundation and skincare routines. Thank you for a great customer experience!

Ok I just had to say that a few of your employees were very helpful with me deciding a valentines gift for my girlfriend! I wanted to get her perfume and they were so helpful in making the decision like they instantly knew a recommendation after I said she liked Daisy by Marc Jacobs. And THEN they gave me not 1, not 2, but FIVE PERFUME SAMPLES also based on the brand they recommended. ugh whoever you are ily and THANK YOU 🩷 divas gotta look out for each other

I had a wonderful makeup artist yesterday she worked in the MAC section but she was very personable and made me look and feel beautiful with the way she did my makeup I appreciate service like yours sometimes it’s hard to talk to people during appointments but you actually talked to me throughout the whole appointment and even gave me instructions to help myself at home with things I didn’t know how to do and listened to everything I had to say about my makeup to make it perfect and it was!
