Had an appointment today with Paulina, I had a really bad sinus infection last week that left my ear completely closed with fluid. Paulina worked her magic and was able to drain some of the fluid from my left ear in 10 minutes! I had been on 2 different antibiotics and neither helped, I’m so happy she was able to relieve some of the fluid so I can hear again, thank you Paulina!

I have been a seeker of mindful and informed massage and Somatic therapies for many years, something which has become key to my own health and well being as I have aged. I have been a client at Touchstone Wellness Center from more than seven years now, in therapy sessions three to four times a month.
