Arriving at the Computer Clinic on East tenth Street, I am always greeted with a great hello and may I help you. Mike and Eli are great helping me solve my computer problems whether needing more storage on my laptop or figuring what is wrong with my desk top. I appreciate the fine service done with efficiency and care. Also trying to keep the repair cost down and if I need to order something keeping the cost down. That really helps me especially now that I am retired. I have gone to the Computer Clinic for way over 10 years and will continue to go there for many more years.
THIS is the place to go to for your computer repair needs. I have taken my Mac to an Apple Store in the past and have had a good experience and I’ve had a bad experience.
I tried troubleshooting the current problem on my own, and I kept getting stuck in my head. Between their level of expertise and genuine care from this team I won’t go anywhere else while in Bloomington. And if you’re wondering, it’s affordable, and even if it was pricier, it’d still be worth it.
I had a broken laptop, and the staff was great to work with! Good communication walking me through what was wrong and different fixes and their costs. Would go back again (hope I don't have to)!!
