My Terminix technician is Justin Hoffman and he is always pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient in servicing our home. He listens to our concerns and promptly addresses them and is informative when we have questions.

We have always received excellent service from the Terminix service technicians, in our private home and at our workplaces. They seem well trained and knowledgeable, and always respectful of the job site considerations.

5 stars to Justin Hofmann, our technician. He was kind, respectful and thorough. He let me hover too which I'm sure wasn't his ideal but made me feel better about the service.
I'd be leaving 1 star if it wasn't for him and the kind people I spoke on the phone with. The miscommunications between myself to the call center to technician was very frustrating. I feel better now knowing he is our technician and will be the one who usually does the spraying.
But for Terminix: you have great people working there! Fix your line of communication.
