This is a great underground record store, albeit a little tough to locate if you don't spot the sign-- it's literally underground, and the entrance is accessible via a weird little alley-- keep going, it's there! Inside, they have a terrific selection of well-curated vinyl, cassettes, and CDs-- and likely a bunch of random things I completely missed; the place is packed and kind of overwhelming at first! Good organization, and the person at counter was helpful and enthusiastic about helping me locate new local music and get oriented to what's happening in the local scene. Small and cozy record store. Not a huge selection but there were some nice finds in here and I got a nice record for $12 in VG that probably would have gone for much more on eBay or Discogs. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.

This is a classic "underground" (literally...) record store, the kind I loved to go to in the 80's and early 90's, before CD's took over the music business. Lots of retro, vintage, local, punk, jazz, electronica...all the stuff you want if mainstream music isn't your thing. If you're looking for Kendrick Lamar or Taylor Swift, this is not the place for you...go to Walmart. But if you want something on Sub Pop, or a reissue of a great Bauhaus, Sonic Youth, or Miles Davis record, you'll love it.
