Edit: I have since replaced my original HVAC system (furnace and A/C) with Sierra Heating & Cooling and unfortunately had a hardware issue that caused me to lose all the refrigerant from the system. The hardware failure was covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and Scott covered the refrigerant and labor of his own accord. I have been super happy with the new system and all of the techs and staff I’ve dealt with have been very helpful. I’ve used this company for 16 years and I see no reason to not go at least 16 more.Original: Great company. Very helpful.
