However after just a few weeks of float therapy I have seen a huge increase in my focus and productivity. The Serenus staff are also knowledgeable and kind! I finally got to try floating last night. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a bit difficult personally to shut my brain off and relax but the float itself is very relaxing and enjoyable. It's definitely a different feeling. I slept really well and have experienced less pain overnight.
I went to Serenus for a 60-minute float while dealing with some pretty significant back discomfort and walked out feeling tremendously better. The float itself was incredibly relaxing, and relieved some of the pressure in my low back.
Joe made the experience top tier. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and enjoyable to talk to. He took the time to explain the entire process, made sure I was comfortable before getting started, and even offered some helpful pointers for dealing with my injury outside of the float itself.
