Brian was kind, courteous, and thorough in his inspection of my home. He took the time to make friends with my cat (she just came up out of the blue and started rubbing against him). I didn’t feel pressured, and he didn’t try to upsell me or recommend extreme measures. On the day of the treatment, he pointed out a HUGE hornet’s nest on the property that I probably would have stumbled onto while mowing, so I am very grateful for that. He kept working even though that meant working a few feet from the nest. Great local business with a personal touch!
