We hired Rectify Solar in late 2021 to install solar panels on an accessory dwelling unit in California, including permitting and interconnection. Throughout the installation, we had to keep calling and emailing them to get them to come to the site and do the work. They said they had finished. We have placed dozens of calls, and left messages and emails, but they have stopped responding. We recently found out they never applied for the interconnection to the utility companies so we've just had 4 inert panels on the roof for the last year.
Knowledgeable and honest. Great price for top quality products. There were a lot of special deals like no payments for 12 months, and qualify to get free panels. Only a fool would believe those tactics. They are local, use their own people to install and graciously answered all my questions taking the time to make sure I understood what I was buying.
They did great work originally on my generator but recently they have not called back after leaving 4 messages.Edit 1.After a difficult transition to new ownership everything has gone back to exceeding expectations. Wonderful work completed on my generator and the techs communicated wondefully.
