Excellent customer service and follow up. Blue Fox evaluated our need to upgrade our heat pump system. Our service rep Kyle did a great job of understanding our needs and the installation team did a great job! The system is working great and the follow-up has been outstanding. 5/5
I have used Blue Fox for over a year now and have had a great experience with their company. Brandon was my technician and he found an issue that was pretty well hidden and had really been affecting my system. I have to give him extra credit for that because he had to do some sleuthing. He’s very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. I would definitely recommend them for Heating And Air Conditioning. I’m on their maintenance plan.
Blue Fox has met all our needs for our geothermal HVAC system for many years. Most recently they installed a new smart thermostat that will help regulate humidity levels inside our home. The installers Mike and Brandon were careful and methodical in their work and explained the new thermostat and how to operate it. We had an issue with the temperature calibration so Mike and Jeff made a return visit to fix that and a better setting for the humidity control. Overall, they were friendly and helpful and eager to satisfy. We are very pleased!
