From the moment I stepped into the practice door, I felt welcomed and cared for by all of the staff. The receptionist was wonderful, working to keep me calm, as I was concerned about being late. Forms were filled out and then I worked with Albina, who did the prep work of giving me a glycoma test. Dr. Olivia Clark entered the room and we got down to the business of checking my vision. During the exam, Dr. Clark discovered a micro piece of plastic was lodged in my left eye. She noticed the redness when shining a very bright light into my eyes, which are quite light sensitive. They were friendly and informative. They were a pleasure to deal with and kept me informed of what was going on at each step of the examination and what my options were for for my optical needs. Dr. Bailey was open, friendly and informative, a great experience.
