PEI Maintenance & Contracting

We used PEI for a demolition project in downtown Bloomington. Excellent work by a bunch of really hard working guys. They consistently kept open communication with our team and ended up completing the project on schedule and under budget. Highly recommended for any contracting work.

I'd give 0 stars. Pick these guys if you want to get screwed!!!The owner is a crook goes back on what he says he will do, (so make sure to get it all in writing!) they do horrible work, and will leave you hanging. Here we are a year later on our gas tanks and they have not come back to fix what was supposed to be done.The fuel building roof is leaking, it was supposed to be a new building and its not. The floor is messed up in it, you can see water stains down the walls, there's water holding in the electrical areas....so unsafe. Took over 6 months for them to even get our systems up and running and still had a lot of issues. Supposed to have electric hose reels... read full review
