Dr. Vanwerden was 1000% helpful in my eye exam today. Everyone in the office was nice and made sure all my needs were met. This was my first time here and I will definitely be coming back. Can’t recommend them enough!
My family and I have had great experiences at this My Eye Dr location. Dr. Vanwerden is kind, great with kids, and listened to all of my concerns. In the front/ glasses area, EC Kim is excellent at her job. She took the time to price out multiple options for me, so that I could make the best decision possible within my budget. She never made me feel rushed, and she was personable and kind. I really glad that our family switched to this My Eye Dr location.
Going to the doctor is never more fun than it is when I visit Dr Jean-Paul Etienne each year! From the minute you walk in the front door you are greeted with kindness. Appointments are always on time. Emily, Dr Etienne’s Tech, is remarkable. She’s extremely competent and great fun while taking care of the tasks which are hers to do (eye pressures, retinal photography). Then there’s the appointment with Dr Etienne himself. It’s loaded with information, great advice, and generous amounts of time. As you leave, passing through the retail shop, you meet John who has as many answers as there are questions.
