Front desk and Dr 5 stars. Mr Pink pants, staff member that manages frames transactions, was a different story. Above being rude, could only seem to handle one customer at a time. During my appointment, I was told there were 3 people ahead of me. These people were browsing frames, while he sat at the desk chatting with another staff member. When I asked him if I could just get my current frames adjusted and leave, he again told me I would have to wait my turn behind the others who were still shopping. In the meantime the front door receptionist politely and quietly took my paperwork, payment, and adjusted my frames herself in less than 5 minutes and had me out the door....read full review
Dr. Etienne was very helpful and patient while we worked out my prescription. Apparently I’m one of a few per year he sees that has my eye challenges. Astigmatism, early onset of cataracts and aging vision proved to be a challenge, but with persistence, he was successful.
I am extremely pleased with the new glasses and the new prescription.
This is the Best Eye Dr I have ever been to!! Dr. Jean-Paul Etienne is one of a kind Dr. I have been going to him for 20 years. He is the only Eye Dr to find problems with my eyes. He always gets my prescription right the first time. His staff is excellent and are never too busy to see you. They always help you with whatever you need and are so friendly..I highly recommend them.
