I just started at this location today and it was a great experience. Dr. Brunck was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. She was welcoming, answered my questions and educated me like no other Optometrist before.

I had just ordered two boxes of contacts on a Tuesday. They said it could take up to 5-7 business days to arrive. The very next day, I ripped one of the last contacts that I had. (Of course that would happen!) I walked into their office that very morning without an appointment, and they hooked me up with a pair of trial lenses so that I wouldn’t be without while waiting for mine to come in. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I had this exact thing happen to me at the last eye doctor that I went to, and the staff made me feel like I was putting them out, and that they were super annoyed with me. First time I went there they adjusted my glasses and did not charge me anything, I was so pleased that when I got a pair of Bose prescription sunglasses I returned and again they did a fantastic job. The staff is friendly and very expert. Once again I had to get my eyes examined and was very pleased with the results and my eyeglass adjustment. They are just good and reasonably priced. I'm a customer for good.
