Mary M.'s florist is a family runner business with the most incredible florists. They went above and beyond to create a very last minute custom bouquet ( my first order was cancelled without notice). We are from out of town and not knowing any florist I ordered a custom bouquet for my daughter's graduation I found out it was cancelled the day before graduation. Frantically stopped in Mary's M florist because of reviews and it was the most incredible experience. All hands on deck on deck to create a very specific custom bouquet. Within twenty minutes Katey was putting it all together and even gave us a vase to preserve it until the next day. Top quality flowers and staff!...read full review
I went in yesterday to get flowers for my aunts celebration of life that was today. Never done anything like this, nor do I know much about flowers and what goes with what. I left it up to the designers. I have to say, after seeing how the flowers turned out, I was definitely impressed and absolutely loved the way they turned out.
I will most definitely be using Mary Ms for my future occasions!
Great prices and design but not always great customer service. Went in once, walked around for a few minutes, paused by the counter where everyone was standing and talking. No one greeted or made contact. There was a man on the sales floor cleaning, the entire time. No response from him. I went out to my car to make a phone call and went back in. Did the EXACT SAME THING WITH THE EXACT SAME RESPONSE. Apparently walk-in customers are not a thing at the store.
