Nothing like waiting for her to get in your room for over an hr while she’s out in the hallway laughing the whole time with co workers to only come in and not apologize for making you wait over an hr after your initial appointment time. Very rude and unprofessional! We even got there at 12:30 and his appointment was at 1! Had to cancel a very important appointment because her being well over an hour late and she walks in and doesn’t even apologize for being so late. I would understand if the office was full but there was only less then one handful of patients for other doctors. To me this is just beyond ridiculous.

Dr. Thompson is a very empathetic & knowledgable physician. She has been my doctor since 2005 and has helped me through many health concerns. Due to my health, I need to see her about every 3 months. I find my appointments are most productive if I am prepared with any questions/ideas I have about new medications, treatments, lab work, etc. In other words, she is good with pro-active patients. Dr. Thompson is always very open to discussing my concerns without making me feel d*** for asking a question that seems like it has an obvious answer. Staff are professional, nonjudgmental and very careful about ensuring my medical info is kept private. I recommend Dr. Thompson.
