Ms. Kelley, the business owner, came to my house to evaluate a mouse problem that I had. She didn't try to upsell me anything. In fact, she gave me practical suggestions for solving the problem myself. She also plugged a possible mouse entryway with steel wool. When I offered to pay her, she declined payment. Wow - when does a business ever operate like this? I really appreciate her honesty and kindness. Ms. Kelley has proven to me that there are still honest business people in the world that won't just sell you something, even if you don't need it. I highly recommend Kelley's Termite & Pest Control for your pest problems.

We use Kelley's twice a year (spring and fall). Since starting the two sprays a year we have seen a drastic decrease in wasps/bees around the house, and the inside stays pest free. They are always great at communicating in regards to our scheduled sprays, arrive on time, and I love the electronic/email invoice. As a family that requires Epi pens, I love knowing the service helps us enjoy our outside with less concerns about stings. Highly recommend this business!!!

We were very pleased and highly recommend the services provided by Kelley's. They were quick to return our call, and schedule the initial inspection. We've had several "swarms" this year that OTC termite poisons were not helping to control. With a simple picture from my phone, Kelley's was able to confirm the swarmers were termites, as opposed to winged ants. They inspected our house and determined how and where treatment was needed. We were not charged for this inspection. We were so impressed with the inspection, explanation of how the treatment works, and what seemed to be a reasonable quote that we scheduled Kelley to treat our house.
