Initial review-
Initial customer service was great. Once deposit was paid (they charged a $1700 deposit on a $1900 repair!!) communication became sparse. We used this company because they are the only licensed dealer for our hot tub brand. Hot tub still isn’t functional and we are still waiting on final service call to get hot tub up and running. I understand this is a busy season for them, but I am not impressed. Go elsewhere if you have other options. I hope to update this review for the better once we have a functional hot tub.
The whole team worked well together to get our new spa into place. it was a tough install and a brutally cold day, but they made it work. Once in place, they completely cleaned the area, something I really appreciate.
We have used Indiana Pools and Spas for years to service our HOA pools. We just had them install a new pool liner and they did a fabulous job. We would highly recommend them.
