“I have been a client for about 5 years now and I can honestly say that I have not had a better home health care company in the 10+ years that I have that I have been disabled. It's hard to find aids that want to do something besides sit on their phone and play games and text their friends. If you ask them to do something (that they are getting paid to do) like fix your lunch, they get all upset and huffy. It's not like that here. If I have a problem, I call the Columbus office and Jennifer gets it resolved right away. They are very caring and my supervisory nurse is the best! My care manager from Thrive Alliance is the best also! Everyone works together for the benefit of the client, which is very rare to find.“
