A friend recommended HFI to me this past fall and I am happy and thankful. I have had Sam, Scott, and Bob assist me with multiple heating needs. Sam set up the logs in the fireplace as the work was never completed by the contractor. Having no experience with the specific model/brand (Mendota), Sam did exceptional. I loved being able to enjoy the lovely lit fireplace for the first time. He also spent "hands-on" time showing me how to operate the remote and its many functions. Very thankful for this crew and their urgency and professionalism getting my home generator hookup installed. Justin Ferguson is a gentleman and Nick the plumber did great work and was pleasant to talk to. Overall very happy with my decision to pursue a home generator hookup install with HFI.

I am so grateful to HFI and my service tech, Chris, for getting my air conditioner in working order after it went out during the hottest week of summer! They responded right away and set up an appointment, communicated well, identified and fixed the problem quickly, and got us up and running in no time. The cost was very reasonable. Chris was professional and courteous and did not try to sell me things I did not need. After another company told me I needed an entire new system for $33,000, it was a relief to hear that the fix was a simple part with the entire visit costing only $325.
