HFI is incredibly skilled, professional, respectful, and accessible. A friend recommended HFI to me this past fall and I am happy and thankful. I have had Sam, Scott, and Bob assist me with multiple heating needs. Sam set up the logs in the fireplace as the work was never completed by the contractor. Having no experience with the specific model/brand (Mendota), Sam did exceptional. I loved being able to enjoy the lovely lit fireplace for the first time. He also spent "hands-on" time showing me how to operate the remote and its many functions. Sam also found an issue with the heat accessibility in both the kitchen and "washroom." The heat duct work and had collapsed and neither room had heat. The next visit was by Scott who came to assess the option of a mini- split system to address the no-heat issue. He too, was proficient, kind, and an expert on adding heat, the system's function, and details. Bob, then came to measure, take photos, and discuss the cost estimate, depending on the calculation of the room size, and install measurements. Then, one last thing that they are helping me with is an issue with the fireplace screen. And, no, it was not a problem created by them. I love the fact that they are researching the issue through the dealer, manufacturer, and studying the repair prior to working on it. I am so thankful for HFI and not only am I enjoying my fireplace, I know I am safer and warmer because of the service they have provided thus far. I purchased a yearly package for HFI to service the heating, fireplace, and multi-split system. Thank you to the gentlemen that have provided service(s) so far. Thank you to HFI for the quality of professionals, from the receptionist, to the scheduler Sheila, and to those heating experts who have worked on my unit. I look forward to our relationship in the years to come!
WOW! I give HFI a 10 out of 10! Call HFI! We had an under the counter ice maker that was not working. I called HFI and within two hours, Logan was at our home to access the problem. Then, within an hour, Ryan May called and confirmed he was able to find all the necessary parts and was able to order with a rush on delivery. You can tell HFI loves their customers and would go above and beyond to get the job done. I would HIGHLY recommend!
