Great Clips

I go to great clips a lot. I understand that it isn't a high end salon. Usually, however, i get really good service there. This time was different. The stylist didn't wash any of her tools from the previous 2 customers. There was hair all over everything. She didn't sweep the floor. It was nasty. Also, she didn't really give me a good cut. I guess she technically did what i requested, but she didn't balance it right, given the shape of my face and head. I'll go back, but not to her.

I needed my hair fixed and Megan took the time and extra steps to give me an awesome haircut. I'm glad I can start requesting her again. Sucks I didn't recognize her, even with her purple hair, because I always loved her cutting my hair.

Inexpensive and I got a great haircut. The lady who cut my hair was rude, she (B) flipped the loops of my mask off and I had to grab my mask and hold it on. She tried to make light of it but I didn't find it humorous at all. She was also very rough, jerking my head.I'm in my 60's and live with someone who is immune compromised. I try very hard to stay safe so that he doesn't get sick.I also work at the hospital and know that the covid numbers are rising again. She made me very uncomfortable and I didn't appreciate that.Will I go back there because of that? Absolutely not.
