I was trying a new style and was a little nervous about getting my haircut, but I had the pleasure of meeting Phoenix. Not only did she do a good job with my hair, but she was kind and genuinely wanted me to have the best experience I could. I will definitely be requesting her when I come back.
I came into this Great Clips by chance I have always gone to one closer to my house, but was on a job near the southside while the salon seems old outdated and somewhat un clean. I was greeted by a stylist with short hair and tattoos. She said her name was Phoenix. She was very professional, and she most definitely had a lot of patience as I am very particular about my haircut i’ve been going to Great Clips for several years now never been to this location, but on Wednesday I received the best hair cut I’ve ever had. The gal who just cut my hair was a real sweetheart. When I left and played with my hair, the cut was very manageable for my hair type. She added body and lift in all the right places to suit my style.
