I have used Forthphaze Technology multiple times when it comes to my IT/Computer support needs. I would not hesitate at all to recommend using Jim Doering or any of his staff when it comes needing someone with expertise in computer services. It's never convenient when things are down or not running smoothly and his office will do everything in their power to get you back up and running in a timely manner and I love that! I will be a lifetime customer for sure!

I was first introduced to members of the ForthPhaze team in 2010 when I took over as Property Manager for a local property management company. To only have 5 stars to give seems a little lacking. ForthPhaze is so very responsive. They get our new construction buildings "up & going" for residents moving in.Their tech support is second to none for our office. Their support of the internet we provide to our residents' internet is fantastic - many times ForthPhaze will alert me to an internet connection problem at one of our properties BEFORE our residents even notice... which is saying alot when many of your residents are 20-somethings. We have worked with Jim & Mike at ForthPhaze for many years. They provide us with network hardware recommendations and suppport, customer support to our apartment residents, and they support several of our office and customer Internet networks. They are reliable and skilled technicians and find us solutions that just work. Good people too!
