I have been a client for about 5 years now and I can honestly say that I have not had a better home health care company in the 10+ years that I have that I have been disabled. It's hard to find aids that want to do something besides sit on their phone and play games and text their friends. If you ask them to do something (that they are getting paid to do) like fix your lunch, they get all upset and huffy. It's not like that here. If I have a problem, I call the Columbus office and Jennifer gets it resolved right away. They are very caring and my supervisory nurse is the best! I have worked for elders Journey for 5 months. And this company is amazing the office girls from Columbus to Bloomington work really hard to help its employees and clients. I am really happy working with this company and my clients are amazing.
I am a state certified Home Health Aide and I worked for Elder's Journey Home Care from January 2016 through July 2016. The only reason I left Elder's Journey was because I had to move to a new state. If I could, I would stay with them forever. Working for Elder's Journey was a rewarding experience. As someone who has worked in the industry, I can say that you won't find better standards for quality of care anywhere else.
