Always love this mall, but its struggling. Clean. Easy access. Lots of decent stores still. The art area is an interesting add on. Loved finding a music store too. The old haunts are mostly still there.

this place beats greenwood mall by a LONG SHOT!!! smaller = less overwhelming . Bloomington is much safer than greenwood as well. if you're in Columbus looking for a big mall to go to, college mall is just a couple extra miles out, but it is so much more worth it. they have everything greenwood mall has, but better. beautiful food court as well.

Thank you John for your hospitality, patience, and kindness. I came in today around 4:30pm with issues with unlocking my phone. While John was not able to help in-store, he was able to give great advice and some emotional support. He allowed me to sit in the store with him while I tried to navigate customer support. I was really having a rough day and his kindness really meant the whole world to me.
