This past 3 weeks has been a melt down for many of us with IRAs or 401Ks. The CoVid19 reminds me of hurricane preparations when I lived in Florida, but it seems to never end and I know it will go on for several more month or even years as we work through this WW3 scenario. That being said, I acknowledge my concerns with Chase may not be that of most. Over the years I've enjoyed being a "Private Client" and having the so called privilege that this class of bank customer theoretically has. I'm sure this elevated service level for those with required deposits works under normal circumstances.
