I have used this company twice this year. Both experiences were absolutely exceptional. Jeff helped me find the flooring of my choice. I went with Luxury Vinyl Plank....stunning! Ty came out for measurements, and my estimate came the very next day. I have done several updates to my house recently and this company was the only one that I didn't have to wait around for, ever. Jake installed the flooring on the main level of my house. He was fast, organized, and does gorgeous work. 10/10 recommend CarpetPlus COLORTILE of Bloomington, IN. I’ve used them for all my flooring needs for the last 6 years and each time the quality of products, customer service and installation has been excellent. The selection of products is amazing and they have very knowledgeable staff to guide you on your home remodeling or new build journey. The communication along the way was very helpful and consistent. There were a few hiccups along the way that weren’t even their fault and they were able to find solutions. Excellent service!

Jeff and Craig were great! Jeff is well organized, communicates promptly and is very respectful to make sure everything is done right. I gave 4 stars just because the carpet wasn't installed properly the first time and it took some back and forth. However they were great to work with and wanted to make sure it was done correctly.
