I can't say enough about Charles and his crew. They did and outstanding job. They came every time. They said they would be there. They cleaned up everything from the old Siding and gutters. They are all very polite and respectful. Our home looks amazing. They went above and beyond to help us with an outside outlet. They put up new lights for us. Thank you for a job well done.
Charles and his wife Crystal were so great to deal with. They were responsive, kind, easy to deal with, prompt, and always kept us updated. We always felt safe and comfortable with them and their crew at our house. They absolutely delivered an amazing deck complete rebuild for us. They listened to what we wanted and knocked it out of the park. Would highly recommend them to anyone!!
We contacted Charles & Crystal about replacing our cedar fence with a composite one. We've had the cedar fence for over 15 years and really thought it was done.
They came out and assessed the current fence to provide an estimate. Afterward, we walked the fence, and they shared their recommendation. We could go with a composite replacement for over $20K. Or we could take an alternate path for less than $5K. To have a contractor provide the alternative was refreshing and heartening.
We did not need to replace it. A good power wash and stain would make it look like new. Charles also recommended replacing the nails for screws so that it would hold together longer....read full review
