Amazing massage! Kari did a great job! I loved how effectively she used hot stones and cupping to create an experience that was equally relaxing and helpful to move some of my trouble spots. The only thing I would change is to make sure I have a scheduled nap right after because I was so relaxed going back into my day was hard!

Kari is absolutely amazing in what she can do to help stimulate the blood flow to relax the tension in my shoulders and back. I work in EMS and her methods and advice have been far more effective than pain medication offered by doctors.

I've loved all of my experiences with Kari. She was one of my doulas and I've gotten several wonderful massages from her, both pre- and post-partum. She happily accommodates my preferences (like no lavender, which can be hard to come by in the world of massage) and does wonders with helping my muscles. I think I walked out about an inch taller after my most recent one.
