Great Barber and a nice little building. They've only been taking appointments due to covid and I understand they may be moving locations. Definitely worth the visit and they really listen to their customers.

Great barber shop and great conversation. Since the city decided to tear down the area we're Crosstown barber was at Frank Meadows is cutting hair and trimming beard. If you want one of the best beard trims in the county go see Frank and make sure you take him some kind of Unicorn. He loves them.

After throwing my money away at the drive-through haircut chains (Great Clips), I finally decided enough was enough. I have driven past this place on my way home for years, and finally decided to stop in. I'm thrilled I did. Even being younger, sometimes you just want to be taken back to a simpler time, and that's what Bill's is. A no-frills, no rush, laid back, barber shop. Not to mention I got the best haircut I've ever had in Bloomington. I will be a regular here for sure.
