We were gifted a Riccar from a family member and it is our first time owning a non “disposable” vacuum. It was running extremely loud so we brought it in to see what the damage was. We were expecting $100-200 and a couple days minimum to fix and tune up. They were so nice, and immediately identified and fixed the problem for $50 and got it back to us same day. Needless to say, we are thrilled and hope to continue to service our new favorite appliance with them for a while.

We had such a good experience finding a new vacuum at Bell's. They helped us find the right model for our floor type and budget, and the customer service was super fast and helpful when we eventually needed a repair (which ended up being covered by our warranty and was free!). I love that they're a local, family-owned business, and their appliances are really high-quality.

I can't say enough positive things about my several experiences here. I've had vacuums serviced here, and bought 2 vacuums. I've always experienced respect and professionalism, never had pushy or "hard sell" people. Always felt my best interest was there priority. Thanks so much to Bell's Vacuum and Appliance!!
