They did great work on my pooch that was overdo for a haircut. Fairly priced
She does a wonderful job on my Airedale, Zues, who is a big boy weighing 70–80 lbs. The last few times we’ve taken him, he starts jumping with excitement the moment we turn down her lane—he just can’t wait to see her and her amazing staff! When I picked him up, I asked if she gave him treats (which would’ve been totally fine), because he was so thrilled to be there. Her response? “No, we just love them a lot.” And that says it all. It’s clear that the care, attention, and genuine affection she gives to the dogs she grooms makes all the difference. Zues comes home looking great and feeling happy every time. We’re so grateful to have found someone who treats our pup like family.
I worked for Terina a few years ago and she does a great job with dogs that have anxiety, fear, or are aggressive. She gets many dogs in the county that are "fired" from other groomers. A good groomer takes their time and allows breaks if a dog is overally stressed at the point of breaking down. The point of breaks is to allow the dog to calm down some and reset. Not have the dog is total constant fear through the entire process. She pays attention to the dog's emotional state and cares about the dog's well being in her care.
