Our Trane furnace that was installed by a local company was down and we needed it serviced. Was told 2 months for them to come out.Don Meyer fit us in. The tech Rick did a fantastic job and had us squared away in less than a half hour. Called them on Monday and they came out on Tuesday as they had a slot open up. HIGHLY RECROMMEND -- I was upset and discouraged with HVAC company's customer service and quote process until I contacted Don Myers. Then I was relieved and happy to work with them. All departments I communicated with did a fantastic job. They replaced an old R22 AC/Furnace unit. Our well went out and we had trouble getting a response from other plumbers. Called Don Myers and they said they would have someone out as soon as they could. They called later to let me know he was on his way. The technician that came out was very professional and equally friendly. He got the well working pretty quickly and stayed to make sure everything else worked too. Great service!
