As per all the other ratings, no call no response for 4 days. Last year he was a good help.. But now, not so much. Be trying to get ahold of him for 4 days. Guess he's not interested in making any money. Time to move on and get someone else to work on unit.

A/C did not work after his "routine" maintenance. Called immediately but he did not come for 1.5 days. Claimed phone was not working and truck was broken. Said it was a bad valve that had nothing to do with the maintenance. Promised to get the part and fix it next morning, and to call no matter what. Called once saying he was on the way to the parts store. Never called or emailed again. Did not answer my many calls.

HVAC was not working. Thomas was very polite and punctual. He diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the capacitor and added 1.25 pounds of refrigerant. Problem solved. Will definitely use again and highly recommend his services.
