Griffith Flooring Service LLC is a family-owned business specializing in installation for 18 years, with a new showroom for sales, installation, and repairs of carpet, tile, hardwood, sheet vinyl, vinyl planks, and laminate for residential and commercial properties. The owner Dave is great to work with and very responsive. Installation was great, with a very good, detailed crew and perfect clean up. Customers report outstanding experiences, with quality craftsmanship and workmanship exceeding expectations. Jennifer Mendez provided exceptional customer service, answering questions promptly and keeping clients informed. Installers were professional and friendly. One customer needed repair on plank flooring, noting it was a tad pricey but excellent and quick work. Another praised the installation of new carpet and vinyl plank flooring, with no damage to a custom entertainment system and a lengthy process done over several trips. The work is guaranteed for 2 years, and customers are repeat users who highly recommend Griffith Flooring for quality and service.
Wonderful experience! Finished job looks amazing. They were awesome to communicate with, punctual, even got the job done sooner than projected. Helped us pick out what was right for us and we couldn’t be happier. All employees were so kind and great to work with. Thanks again!!!
I reached out to Griffith Flooring after seeing them recommended several times on a community Facebook page. I needed carpet stretched in several doorways where the carpet had pulled away from transitions to hard floors.
Griffith Flooring thoroughly answered several questions for me on FB messenger, scheduled a visit by the owner (who was great to work with), and had me quickly scheduled for the work. The workers were professional and did the work quickly. Our carpet transitions look great. In some doorways there was a pretty big gap and I was impressed that they were able to make it look new again. We’ll use this locally owned business again!! Bonus! They are sponsors of FC Choirs & love & support their community!!
