The owner Dave is great to work with and very responsive. Installation was great, with a very good, detailed crew and perfect clean up. Customers report outstanding experiences, with quality craftsmanship and workmanship exceeding expectations. Jennifer Mendez provided exceptional customer service, answering questions promptly and keeping clients informed. Installers were professional and friendly. One customer needed repair on plank flooring, noting it was a tad pricey but excellent and quick work. Another praised the installation of new carpet and vinyl plank flooring, with no damage to a custom entertainment system and a lengthy process done over several trips. The work is guaranteed for 2 years, and customers are repeat users who highly recommend Griffith Flooring for quality and service.
We were referred to Griffith Flooring by our contractor for water damage to walls, trim, and carpet to our second floor bedroom and foyer. We started a claim with our insurance company, who was only willing to pay for those areas. Jennifer at Griffith went to bat for us and worked with our adjustor to increase our car[et and pad coverage amount to include all continuous areas on the second floor for new carpet. We are so happy with the service and selection at Griffith and the finished look is beautiful. The installers were fast and did a fantastic job, we can't see any seams! Would recommend Griffith for top notch service!
The owner Dave is Great to work with. Very responsive. Installation was great, crew was very good, very detailed , perfect clean up after job completed. We are repeat customers and will use Griffith Flooring again in the future.
