Great company. Dustin is right there to fix the problem. He is very nice and gives a lot of information. We highly recommend Pipe Dreams.

I had a terrible experience with these folks. They are rude and condescending. They are impolite and not courteous in the least. I have never had service this bad anywhere except one restaraunt one time when my waitress was intoxicated. I recommend anyone but them for heating and cooling. They didn't show up when expected to, provided terrible service, and then charged me an ARM and a LEG. They were just as rude upon my complaint. Their business will be gone in a couple of years or opened in a new name, I would venture to bet.
