We have gone to Sherri for years and this is the first year I was disappointed. She didn't inform us that her price went up again this year. I asked the office staff why I wasn't notified & why the increase and they just looked at us and said "I don't know". When asked to speak with Sherri about our taxes they said that wasn't necessary and we could have her call you. Way to much money for ZERO customer service. Wont be back! Should have saved money and used Turbo Tax!
