Quade with Ranger Duct Cleaning was responsive in getting me a quote and scheduling. He confirmed our appointment the day before and when surprise thunderstorms hit the day of the appointment he was prompt in contacting me to reschedule. Our rescheduled appointment was today, and he showed up on time and was polite and professional. We left the house during the duct cleaning to run some errands, and he sent updates with before and after pictures of our vents. I'm so glad we had cleaning done. The vents were so dirty, especially the dryer vent. Good communication throughout the process and the pricing was the best I found after calling more than 5 companies.
