I brought in a phone that had been contaminated by a bad app that I couldn't uninstall. The problem was that the phone isn't connected to a number or carrier, so apparently the guy couldn't set up an account for it, but he graciously got rid of the app for me for no charge. I love this place!
My XBox One S stopped working out of the blue. After trying the usual fixes, unplugging, soft reset, etc, I called MS Support. Lloyd was very helpful and walked me thru several other troubleshooting fixes including a factory reset. It still wasn’t working. So, he helped me set up an appointment with UBreakIFix via an Asurion for XBox representative that Lloyd did a conference call with us.
