Dropped my phone and glass shattered. I felt comfortable that staff here was knowledgeable and honest. It's expensive to replace the glass on your phone! They did a great job in about 2 1/2 hours. It's now good as new.

Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Machine was virtually unbootable at the time I brought it in because one of the fans failed (onset of degradation from overheating due to a bug with Dell machines waking from sleep when they're not supposed to). They however ordered replacements and now the machine is back and better than ever. They took care to report that it's anyone's guess how long the repaired machine will last post-repair, though that is simply due to the natural wear and tear caused by the overheating damage. took my iphone in with a charging port issue (i thought) and a sticky side button that would not click, quoted $129 for the charging port, they said hold on a minute, came back and had cleaned it out and it was fine, so only $49 to take the phone apart and clean the buttons so they click, very fast and efficient, great service, the ishop guy just took some alcohol to the button from the outside, didn't even offer any further help when it didn't fix it, highly recommend this place for electronic repairs. you can even track the repair status online.
