I’ve lived in the village of turner trace for 16 years. I had generac a professional solar installation company. Went through all the paper work with them only to be turned down by the HOA. This neighborhood is basically central planning.

My husband and I began our journey last year and was having such a difficult time finding the perfect home. Due to the lumber shortage in 2021 house price were going up and supply was limited. We knew we wanted a Lennar home but weren’t set on a location, we just knew the price range. Which led us to Turner Trace’ Carlo was so helpful, the process was simple and on schedule. We actually closed 30 days earlier! We love the location and are proud to call Avon home.
