Great provider!! They are a great fit for my family, just know they have a VERY strict scheduling policy and a 3 strikes and your out kinda deal. But I wasn't made aware of said policy till the second offense. No memory of the first one. But alas doesn't change the fact that I appreciate their clinic and will continue to go back. So long as they'll keep me lol

Dr. Chase, his staff and nurses are always friendly and professional. He reviews my records and tests with me and answers any questions or concerns I have. I always feel comfortable and confident during my visits! Thanks!
