Steve Grogg is an excellent masseuse. He’s very knowledgeable about the muscle groups and skeletal system that he’s working with. He listens carefully to your concerns and applies his knowledge effectively to aid in your healing. I would strongly recommend him.

I had an incredible lymphatic drainage session with Dr. Courtney at Auburn Massage Centre and am feeling the best, I’ve felt in a very long time. Dr. Courtney educated me on my lymphatic system in a way that was clear and empowering and provided simple, easy-to-follow exercises that I’ve already been able to implement. Dr. Courtney's expertise is matched by her warmth and kindness, which made the entire experience both healing and comforting.

I travel frequently for work. My wife went with me on a recent trip so we could be together for her birthday. We got her an appointment for a message while we where in Auburn. The staff was absolutely fantastic! Setting up the appointment was smooth and my wife was extremely happy with everyone at the establishment. What a wonderful experience from amazing people! We where concerned about being unfamiliar with the area, but the staff made this visit a complete joy!
