So far so good. Tech came to help in 3% for hours.Tried many fixes,I bought a filter at Manards. Furnace older, cupler filthy can't really salvage, would not chance, may cause other issues. Tech put new parts on to test to see if worked no charge.Besides time understanding. Definatly need new furnace. Heaters in rooms. They can get here tomorrow for a quote. I will update when puts in. So far so good. The Tech like I said was a hard worker. Up over 12 hours on a few calls from 1am until 4p CRAZY cold weather. Thank You & Happy Holidays ?

I called BT Reynolds today around 3 pm and by 3:40 a serviceman was out looking at my furnace. He quickly determined what the problem was and explained everything to my husband and myself. 15 minutes later it was fixed and we felt warm air again. We are so very thankful for BT Reynolds as it is supposed to get down to 20 below this weekend. I cannot recommend BT Reynolds enough. I am extremely greatful for your work ethic! Had a thermostat go out for our heating & cooling (25 yrs old) B.T. service tech out within 3 hrs after call (had a previous service call). Repaired and up and running. B.T. Reynolds has replaced the following units over the last 5 yrs. A/C (40 yrs old), replaced water heater (40+yrs old), added a new furnace filter system. Great techs, all well knowledgeable, dependable, courteous, and reliable. Great to have this type of business in our area.
