We had a wonderful experience with Promax! From start to finish, with both a basement renovation and full kitchen remodel, everything went extremely smoothly. Scheduling was easy, the project stayed on track, and the work was completed in a very timely manner. Randy was here every day making sure there was a high level of attention to detail. They took great care of the space, and the final result looks fantastic. We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and a reliable contractor.

I have used Randy from Property Max three times now. The first time was to repair minor flashing on my 2nd story soffit due to a bird flying in. I was thankful how quickly he came out and made the repair for such a small task and cost. We were so impressed with Randy’s responsiveness and professionalism that we had him and his contractors put in a new kitchen granite countertop and backsplash. He also modified some cabinets and minor drywall to make everything look great. We popped in to see if they could help us with a granite piece for our island. Within 2 hours they sent us multiple pics of remnants for our project. We picked one and returned to the shop and purchased a match. It was promised in 2 weeks and was fulfilled in that time. The owner even followed me home to help unload it. Will use again and will recommend. I will send photos after I install the stone.
