Masters installed the HVAC in our new home in 2021, we moved in early 2022. Winter of 2023 furnace started falling when temperature went below freezing. They gave us a workaround, which worked but was a pain to do. Last week the workaround failed, so we called them out. They were stumped, but kept investigating. They ultimately replaced a control board and another part, and now the furnace works as expected! Thanks to Jacob, Skip, and Mike for sticking with it & figuring out the issue! And thanks to Masters for covering labor under warranty! Very much appreciated!

I would definitely recommend Masters! Matt Wattle was our service technician and he did an amazing job getting our AC back up and running quickly! He was polite and professional and made sure I knew exactly what was going on.

Gabriel H showed a mastery of our air conditioner and repaied it quickly, expertly and on a holiday. Our air stopped on a weekend and I was surprised and heartened that Masters would come fix it that day. I was so impressed with the company to meet needs in a house full of our family mourning from a funeral. Also impressive was the way Gabriel explained the importance of a yearly contract which will save us from loosing our air for years to come. Very grateful and impressed.
