Had my first massage yesterday. I chose deep tissue. I am very picky about my massage therapists, and I typically don't rebook immediately... (I did yesterday!) Josh was fantastic!...focusing on trouble areas, explaining how I could address pain outside of sessions, and facilitated the right amount of conversation vs quiet. In addition to the massage, I love supporting a small business that not only provides quality services, but also is visibly working to actively grow and succeed in our community. I was in lots of pain...; he put me to sleep !!! every hour after I left the pain just kept melting off...I was a skeptic at 1st...; but.., he proved me all the way wrong! GREAT WORK!
